Individual Counseling
We provide individual counseling services for adolescents and adults ages 13 and older. We work with clients experiencing a variety of concerns, including:
- Anxiety and worry
- Depression
- OCD
- Trauma
- Stress and life transitions
- Relationship difficulties
- Self-esteem
- Grief and loss
telehealth services
We offer convenient virtual therapy throughout Massachusetts using a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Clients must be physically located in Massachusetts at the time of session.
In-person services
Limited in-person appointments are also available at our office in Holden, MA.
