Making changes isn't easy, and the fact that you're here exploring your options speaks volumes (seriously). We welcome you to learn more about our therapists and the services we offer, or to reach out to get started!

Alyssa graduated from Assumption University's Master's Program in Counseling Psychology in 2015 and has a background working in community mental health and school-based settings. She works with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of concerns, with a particular interest in helping clients navigate OCD and anxiety.
Her approach to therapy is collaborative, genuine, and evidence-based. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring treatment to each client's individual needs and goals.
Alyssa believes therapy works best when clients feel safe enough to show up as themselves. She strives to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space and brings her own personality into the room, too. Clients can expect warmth, and when appropriate, a little humor. Therapy can involve difficult and vulnerable conversations, but that doesn't mean every moment has to feel heavy.
Above all, Alyssa wants clients to feel that they don't have to perform or have the "right" thing to say in therapy. Clients are welcome to come as they are, and they'll figure out the rest together.
